Paige B. Pulley provides comprehensive legal advice and counsel to clients on a broad range of employment issues.

Prior to joining Coblentz, Paige was a trial attorney with the United States Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor, and she has extensive experience in employment litigation at all stages. While at the Department of Labor, her practice focused on matters in federal courts and administrative tribunals involving the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations, and other key employment statutes. Paige conducted federal court and administrative hearings, mediations, depositions, and discovery, developing case strategies for complex matters involving employee compensation, independent contractor classification, employee benefits and retirement, pay equity, health and safety, discrimination, retaliation, and internal labor relations.

Additionally, Paige served as a staff attorney for Legal Services of Northern California, where she led employment and housing litigation and managed matters before the California Department of Industrial Relations and the Employment Development Department.

Paige earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2016, where she was Articles Editor and Managing Editor of the Berkeley Journal of Employment & Labor Law. During law school, she participated in the International Human Rights Law Clinic and served as student director for the Workers’ Rights Disability Law Clinic and the Wage Claim Clinic. She received her B.A. from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2012.
