Saachi S. Gorinstein focuses on general corporate matters. Her experience includes representing cutting-edge technology, venture capital, and nonprofit clients in connection with entity formation, corporate governance, debt and equity capitalization, and fundraising considerations from term sheet to closing.

Before joining Coblentz, Saachi was Chief of Staff and Legal Counsel at Onward Vet, where she attended to ongoing governance matters, strategized corporate structure for a new product line, and managed day-to-day business operations. Prior to that, Saachi was a corporate associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in San Francisco.

Saachi earned her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (Hastings) in 2020, where she was the recipient of the Thompson Scholarship and Chancellor’s Scholarship. She was Senior Symposium Editor of the Hastings Law Journal Vol. 71 and Founder and President of the Hastings Technology & Law Society. Saachi earned a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the University of California, San Diego in 2014, where she graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
