Wine trademarks have been the subject of recent decisions from the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In analyzing whether there is a likelihood of confusion between trademarks, these decisions illustrate the growing trend toward finding wine to be related to other types of alcohol, restaurant services, and even coffee, and fruit.
